| Spica pursues a selective employment strategy that implies a
relatively small but highly skilled core team. At the moment,
Spica’s staff numbers 40+ people covering three major areas
of operation, namely R&D, sales, and maintenance. Majority
of them are graduates in computer science or electrical
engineering. At the same time this team coordinates and
supervises a wide network of contract partners and
distributors. The policy has proved extremely productive,
since it enables Spica to meet a wider range of requirements
and to adapt quickly to fast changing conditions on the
market.
