Podravka In Action On the Store Shelves
 The Podravka Group is the largest food company based in
Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe. Along with the
production of branded food products, the Podravka Group’s
other main activity lies in pharmaceuticals – Belupo d.d.,
which, in terms of its market share, is the second largest
producer of pharmaceuticals in the Republic of Croatia. With
Frontman system Podravka obtained information for a more
balanced and adjusted approach towards the customers and
sales representatives according to individual region. Using
the data of market share they are resolved to strategically
plan their future marketing actions.
