 The
Frontman Mobile Survey is an application that runs on mobile
computer. Information from the Point Of Activity (POA) can be
easily entered in customised forms and quickly transferred to
the Point of Data Processing. With Frontman you collect data at
the source and transform it into useful information. In this way
it is possible to quickly collect and analyse what is actually
happening on the market (shelve shares, pricing, positioning,
competition …).
The result of a visit of a representative to a customer is
usually a filled form, questionnaire, table or other defined
form. This document is hand written and therefore in most cases
illegible, as there was no time to write it nicely on the field.
For efficient analysis it is necessary to manually retype the
data in applications for data analysis, which employs resources
and extra time.
Field Sales Force can easily and quickly collect data using
Frontman. By using predefined forms and questions data can be
entered quickly. Data can be sent to headquarters directly from
the field using GSM/GPRS data communication. By using Frontman,
the data is entered only once and transformed to important
information immediately. As a result redundant operations are
reduced and chances of incorrect data analysis are lowered to a
