If your Frontman terminal has integrated photo camera you can take a picture of store shelf and fully document the situation in the stores. Agent can store additional information about
the picture taken and notify sales admin if the picture shows situation before his visit, after the visit, out-of-stock, POS material displayed, competition activity or other important cases.
All photos have information about location, time and author and can be used for discussion about situation on the market. All photos are synchronized to the Frontman database and can be viewed in
Frontman Reports.
Photos can be used for documenting problems with products (damaged packages) and for faster complaints resolution.
