Document downloads and uploads |
Documents can be not only created on Frontman Mobile terminals
and transferred to ERP system, but also the opposite direction
of document flow is supported. Any order created in ERP can be
transferred to Frontman Mobile where it can be used as a
template for delivery note. Delivery note is later transferred
to ERP which can change its status from Received to Delivered
and notify Frontman Mobile on new status. Frontman users can be
constantly updated on the status of their documents.

Frontman mobile users can have off-line access to the documents
that were created on past visits to the current location. Even
if the document was created by another salesman, current user
will have access to that document. Regional sales supervisor can
have constant overview on all documents that were created by any
salesmen at locations from his region. |
