Van stock management
Frontman Mobile can track stock levels on a van and every delivery or reception of products changes the stock in a van. Frontman administrator can define whether or not certain document changes the van stock. Documents such as delivery note or warehouse transfer will affect the stock level, the documents such as order or inventory will not change it.
Warehouse stock information
Salesmen can receive information about central warehouse stock level at every synchronization. This information can help them at the moment of order collecting as he might offer substitute product to the customer if requested product stock level is low.
Product batch number tracking
Users and Frontman administrator may track van stock by batch number, which is very important at food deliveries. HACCP standard requests product tracking which is not easy to achieve after products leave production line or central warehouse. If the product needs batch tracking Frontman Mobile user will have to scan or manually enter batch number at the point of delivery. EAN-128 bar codes can be used for scanning product ID and batch number with a single scan. Recipients of the products (retailers) can continue tracking the products with their own system and tracking chain can be linked from producer to the shelves in the retail.
