• Are in for the leading market position. 

• Are highly specialized for Access Control or Time & Attendance, or both. 

• Are directly on the end-user market (at least 50%). 

• Offer added value through system integration (installation, training, deployment, support). 

• Have sufficient hardware & software in-house expertise (networks, servers, databases).
