Workforce scheduling can be a complex process with no single
or simple solution. Many aspects of scheduling and shift
planning are already implemented throughout Time&Space with rule-based
tools like Working Plan and Working Scheme. Time&Space Roster
module (TSR for short) provides even more efficient schedule
management alternative for some most demanding and exceptional
cases, such as:
- Shift patterns being too complex or frequently
overridden,
- Haphazard and unpredictable scheduling,
- One-off, temporary reassignments,
- Shift movements for ad-hoc employee groups.
All operations, just like any other event-level edits in
Time&Space, can be done at any time, either in advance or
retroactively. All changes are processed in realtime.
Time&Space Roster has been designed with most dynamic, staff-intensive
