Time
Management Modules |

Time&Space is modular application which provides you with
real time information about presence and absence for all
your employees, with no limits to complexity of your
organizational structure, number of employees and separated
locations your company might have. Due to different nature
of working environments time calculation is based on two
separated principles; flexible time calculation and fixed
time calculation.
Companies, institutions, banks, insurance companies
and similar organizations with more or less flexible
“office-type” working hours, tracked by running balance
of hours, will manage their time calculation with Flexi
Time Module.
In shift based environments, e.g. industry,
healthcare, retail and other shift based environments
with fixed hours and overtime, fixed hours calculation
is needed, thus these employees’ working hours will be
managed within so called Industrial Time Module.
Time management modules are contained within TSM
(Time&Space Manager), which is the principal software
client for both time and access management. The scope of
TSM functionality is determined through rights
management and various levels of authorization.
Calculation results and attendance tracking statuses
are available through several specialized views and
through numerous preset and user defined reports. All
time & attendance calculations can be exported in various
formats for further processing.
Adaptability to the differing needs of users is
provided through carefully structured set of rules,
parameters, schedules, plans and calendar events making
validation and calculation of hours as automatic as
possible.
