Time&Space Portal enhancement
New Absence Planner view
Introducing a new Absence Planner view that makes it easier to plan, review, and submit leave requests with better visibility of team availability. The Absence Planner provides a clear calendar overview of planned absences for coworkers and other relevant colleagues (based on user account restrictions). Users can quickly see who is already absent on a selected day or period before submitting their own request.
This helps organizations avoid overlapping leave requests, reduce holiday overbooking, and ensure that the right people remain available when minimum staffing or team presence is required.

Detailed Vacation information on Employee Day view
The Employee Day view now includes a dedicated Vacation section with detailed vacation balance in-formation for the selected employee and day. Users can see the available vacation balance, including current-year and last-year balances, as well as the expected end-of-year balance based on all approved vacation leaves.
This helps employees, managers, and administrators review leave availability faster and make better decisions when planning or approving absences.

New calculation panel
A new Details side panel is now available in the One Person, Calculations, and Calendar Manage views. Designed with time managers in mind, the panel provides a clear overview of key calculation information while reviewing employee attendance, including balances, violations, and categories.
In the Calendar Manage view, the panel also supports direct event entry, allowing managers to add relevant events without leaving the calendar context. The panel can be hidden when more screen space is needed.

Additional approver on add request dialogue
Additional approver can now be selected when adding approval requests.

Approval delegation management
Administrators can now manage approval delegations for time and attendance managers from the User details view. This allows an administrator to delegate a manager's request management to another user when needed, for example during holidays, sick leave, or organizational changes.
Until the delegation is dismissed, all pending and future assigned requests are also available to the delegated approver.

New employee quick view
A new Employee Quick View provides key employee details at a glance, including employee number/reference ID, email address, organizational unit, and assigned permission level.
It also includes quick actions to open the employee’s timeline or employee details directly from other views, helping administrators and time managers review user information without losing context.

Search in organization unit filter
Organization unit filter now supports search functionality what comes handy when having a lot of sub-units in the filter.

Clocking point information
Clocking point information is now available in the details info popup on the Employee Day view.

Employee identification and search by reference ID
User drop-down filters can now display the employee reference ID next to the employee name. Users can also search by reference ID when selecting an employee.
This helps time managers confirm they are working with the correct person, especially in organizations where several employees may have the same or similar names.
The reference ID is also shown in the Employee Quick View, providing consistent employee identification across views.

Custom order of calculation details
The order of Calculation details can now be customized according to user preference. This allows time managers to place the most relevant calculation fields at the top of the list, making daily attendance review clearer and better aligned with their workflow. The configuration is browser-based and stored locally.

Custom order of reports
The order of reports can now be customized according to user preference. This allows users to place the most frequently used or most relevant reports at the top of the list, making report selection clearer and better aligned with their workflow. The configuration is browser-based and stored locally.

Usability
enhancements of the Calendar view
- The
currently selected employee and day are now clearly highlighted on click and
hover, making it easier to see which employee and date are currently in focus.
- The
Apply Schedule dialog now includes a search option, allowing users to find the
required schedule more quickly and apply it with less manual browsing.
- A
new side panel in Calendar (Manage) provides faster access to user information
and related settings, helping users review and update employee details more
efficiently.
- Calendar
(Analyze) has been updated with a new dialog that supports multiselect
categories, displays category values, and provides a visual representation of
the selected categories for easier analysis.

Device Administration Portal enhancement
Messages in the live log can now be filtered by event type: All events, Info, Warnings, or Errors.

- Search options in the Device view have been expanded to include searching by inputs and outputs.
- The existing Assa Abloy Visionline integration has been updated to support the latest version.
- Improved HTTPS communication security. Several additional security headers have been added, making communication with the server even more secure.
System enhancement
New option for approving unpaid time
A new system intervention, Period Unpaid Time Approval – Cancel Day Limit, is now available in the Flexi Time module. When added for a selected period, the intervention changes the Unpaid Time category in that period to paid time. It also cancels the Limited day attendance setting when this option is enabled on the valid schedule for that day. This gives time managers more control when correcting or approving specific periods that should be recognized as paid time despite schedule-based day limits.

Improved
access point selection in Time&Space Manager
The Select Point dialog in Time&Space Manager has been improved to make Access profile and Access group configuration faster, especially in larger installations. Managers can now filter points not only by Area, but also by name or ID. The dialog opens significantly faster, especially in systems with many access points or in environments with higher network latency.

Notification service now supports OAuth2 protocol for Office365 and Google
The Notification Service now supports OAuth2 authentication for sending emails through Microsoft 365/Office 365 and Google SMTP servers. This enables more secure email communication and supports environments where basic authentication is disabled or no longer recommended.

The Time&Space Portal now requires .NET 10.
Official support for new eBol module
eBol is an application that enables the retrieval of electronic sick leave certificates from the SPOT portal, their processing, and the recording of data in the Time&Space platform for time attendance tracking and payroll calculation.
