Spica's solution in three countries
Productivity is measured by dividing the number of items sold by the number of hours worked.
"This is why it's crucial to accurately track employees' working hours and absences, which is exactly what the Time&Space system enables us to do," says Nevena Kuzmanović, Chief Payroll and Personnel Officer at LC Waikiki.
The company is continuously focused on increasing productivity and reducing costs. As part of this effort, they decided to implement the Time&Space time and attendance tracking system to streamline the recording and payroll process.
After a detailed setup and adaptation to the market needs in each country where Time&Space was implemented—Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia—the training of store managers was conducted.
The implementation of Time&Space has enabled more transparent management of working time records, better insight into the reallocation of working hours on a six-month basis, and a clearer overview of employee absences.
Store managers use the Web TS Manager to plan their employees' work. A major advantage of the Time&Space system is that managers can adjust work plans and create additional shifts if needed.

During our conversation, store managers highlighted the significant advantages of Time&Space, particularly in providing a clear overview of when employees started and finished work, as well as generating monthly reports on hours worked. The PIF module is used to prepare payroll, extracting complete employee data by salary category to facilitate salary reviews and payroll processing.
