14 terminals and no less than 74 readers 

“The innovative solution that Spica offered was exactly what we were looking for, and we were especially attracted by the compatibility with SAP, a key condition in selecting the time and attendance system,” says Dragana Ristić - Head of HR, Zumtobel Group Serbia.

In the Niš factory, time tracking is carried out on 14 terminals, while access control is carried out via 74 installed readers. 

Zumtobel is the first reference user of the Time&Space solution to have a two-way integration with the SAP system. All clocking data in the Time&Space system is directly transferred to SAP, and data from SAP is also transferred back to Time&Space, enabling full data synchronization. 

Improved efficiency, fewer errors 

 Spica’s Time&Space solution has made it much easier for Zumtobel employees to manage time and attendance and access control.

The system allows employees to monitor their working hours in real time. It has also improved efficiency, reduced the possibility of data entry errors, and improved overall administrative control. 

“With the help of the Time&Space system, we’ve solved the challenge of precise access control at certain locations, as well as access granted to specific groups of employees. Now we can easily set access restrictions for employees, define who can enter at certain doors and who cannot, which is particularly useful in sectors such as warehouse and manufacturing,” says Nemanja Milojković, HR Specialist, Zumtobel Group Serbia.
