Yusei Machinery has been operating in Serbia since 2021, while production was launched in 2023. As part of a global system with nine factories, seven of which are in China, Serbia represents their first “greenfield” investment and first factory outside the home market.

Today, the company employs around 200 workers, with further expansion planned and the potential construction of a new factory. As a supplier in the automotive industry, Yusei produces plastic components for customers at home and abroad.

At the very beginning of operations, time and attendance records were organized as a combination of manual processes and simple digital tools. The application used in Yusei’s factories in China did not allow for adequate data processing or integration with the payroll calculation program, which meant a great deal of manual work and limited transparency.
