SPICA All Hours 1.32: Romanian language support and enhanced user experience
We're delighted to announce a series of updates to our cloud time and attendance solution All Hours. In this latest 1.32 release, we have focused on user experience by adding new features, fine-tuning existing ones, and, notably, extending our language support to the Romanian language.

Welcoming Our Romanian-Speaking Users
Our commitment to provide a leading global time and attendance solution that is also highly localized (language support, flexibility to meet local legislation etc.) is reflected in the newly added Romanian language support.
We are excited to offer our Romanian-speaking users the ability to navigate our solution in their native language, providing a more personalized and intuitive experience.
Effortless Absence Management
We are making absence management more efficient by introducing automatic notifications for approved absence requests.
This feature allows users to stay informed about absence dynamics in your organization without the need for manual review, ensuring smoother operations.
Personalization with User Component Enhancements
We improved personalization and navigation among different users. Our user component, a component to select users for data filtering on different views, has been significantly improved.
The logged-in user is now displayed first, accompanied by an avatar.
This change facilitates access to user profiles and increases the level of user interaction and personalization.
Simplifying EU Tax Compliance
Knowing how important tax compliance is to our customers in the EU, we have enhanced our VAT tax support capabilities. Managing VAT tax obligations using our solution has never been easier, with features like:
- Accurate validation of VAT ID
- Automated VAT tax calculations (based on the EU country the customer is from)

Boosting Productivity and Performance
